Noble Hill is located on the the granitic northern slopes of the Simonsberg mountains which have produced South Africa's finest wines for more than 300 years. It is a well-known boutique winery producing organic wine in South Africa. They follow a minimal-intervention winemaking philosophy and make delicate, fresh wines with mineral structure. In the past decades, it has won several International Wine Awards in many countries and regions such as Asia and Africa.
